Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, items should be returned in the same condition in which you received them, together with any accessories and, where possible, the original packaging. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary for this purpose, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item, or you have provided evidence that it has been returned (whichever occurs first), we will inspect the return and notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, we will reimburse you using your original payment method within 14 calendar days, in accordance with applicable law. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
