The Sexy Rack Handlebar Bag Support

The Sexy Rack is a durable and practical front bag support designed to keep your handlebar bag stable and clear of your front tire. Completely handmade in Hamburg, it fits most bikepacking and touring setups and installs easily by replacing a 20 mm spacer underneath your stem.

Made from strong 12 mm stainless steel tubing, it provides a solid platform for handlebar bags and harnesses. The S-shaped design helps it fit securely under different bag types, while the built-in cross brace prevents the bag from sagging or rubbing against the tire.

With a 15 cm (Regular) or 18 cm (Large) drop and compatibility with stem lengths between 50 and 120 mm, it suits most setups. The only requirement is having at least 20 mm of spacers under your stem for mounting. Once installed, it holds your bag in place without bounce or cable interference.

You can attach your bag using daisy chain loops or Voile straps, and the rack’s position keeps everything secure and evenly supported during your ride.

For regular bags and smaller frames we recommend the Regular size, while the Large version is ideal for bigger bags like the XL Badjelly. The aim is for your bag to hover or rest on the rack, while most of the weight is held by the handlebars.

The latest version features a thicker spacer that blends flush with your stem. It is built using a mix of brazing and TIG welding and can carry a maximum weight of 7 kg. That is definitely too much for a handlebar bag, but quite handy for a big dinner haul before setting up camp.
